Deliveries

Collection & Delivery Options
 

We’re pleased to offer a variety of flexible options for receiving your item:
 

1. Collection (for local buyers)
If you’re local, you’re welcome to collect your item in person within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Collections are available from either:

  • Our showroom in Havant (PO9 1HS), or

  • Our home address in Portsmouth (PO6 1PT)
    Once you’ve completed your purchase, just contact us to arrange a convenient time.


2. Courier Delivery (via trusted independents)
We work with a small group of independent, reliable couriers who cover most of England, Scotland, and Wales. These are small business owners—not large companies—and we’ve chosen them because we trust them to handle our items with care.

 

How it works:

  • Contact us before purchasing with your full postcode for a delivery quote.

  • If you're happy with the quote, you’re welcome to proceed with the purchase. (Please note: we do not reserve items while waiting for courier quotes. If an item sells in the meantime, it will no longer be available.)

  • After purchase, provide your full delivery address and mobile number. We'll pass these to the courier, who will then contact you directly to arrange delivery.

  • Deliveries usually occur within 1–2 weeks. In rare cases—especially for longer distances—it may take a little longer, as couriers may need to coordinate other deliveries.

You pay us only for the furniture; courier fees are paid directly to the courier. We do not take a commission.


3. Arrange Your Own Courier
You’re welcome to arrange your own courier if preferred. We’re happy to coordinate with them as long as:

  • They provide a collection window, and

  • They can collect within 1–2 weeks of purchase.

We strongly recommend checking their feedback or reviews before booking, as reliability can vary significantly.


4. Personal Delivery by Us
On occasion, and at our discretion, we may offer to deliver the item ourselves. If this option is available, we’ll provide a quote based on your postcode.

We are not liable for any damage incurred during transit and cannot accept returns for such cases. For more details, please refer to our full Terms & Conditions and key policies.
