We love this combination of bureau and butterfly chair! The 518 is RARE - in fact, the only other one that we have managed to come across, we decided to keep for ourselves. We think it looks great, paired with the 401 chair. 
 
The bureau itself is in good vintage condition. A few minor marks / wear as you would expect for the age. The butterfly chair is structurally sound and in very good condition. No de-lamination of the plywood, which is often the case with this model.
